The following delivery fees apply for Metro areas in Australia:
- Flat $96 delivery fee per Rangehood;
- Flat $50 delivery fee for Schweigen ProVent™ High-Flow Vents and Flume Kits;
- Flat $35 delivery fee per Schweigen SteelFlex™ Ducting, Exhaust Fan or Venting Kit; and
- Flat $25 delivery fee for Spare Parts to the same delivery address
All orders are sent via courier services. These must be signed for, as parcels will not be left outside or with neighbours; deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses; in this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each. We highly recommend a work/business address, as they always deliver during business hours. Please make sure you give us the full and complete address (including business name), as there may be a re-delivery fee required in some cases.
Shipping costs will be added to the order total before checkout. Please allow approximately 14 working days for delivery. If you are unable to take delivery of your items in person, or if you haven’t received them within a reasonable period, please Contact Us for further instructions.
Please note: We do not offer collection for any items sold on the Outlet store, items are for delivery only.
