Refunds & Return Policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Please also note that other than Spare Parts, all items on the Outlet Store are discontinued models, refurbished, seconds, box-damaged or ex-display models and as a result can come with minor defects and/or damages. Please read the product description carefully before making a purchase.

Schweigen Outlet does not provide refunds due to a change of mind.

Please contact Schweigen Customer Service at 1300 881 693 (Monday to Friday 9am – 6.30pm) to arrange a return. For this to be approved, you must:

  1. Have proof of purchase (receipt, credit statement or invoice);
  2. Return the products in their original packaging with all labels and instruction manuals included, unused and undamaged;
  3. Arrange return of the product/s within 48 hours of receiving delivery of the goods from us; and
  4. Agree to bear all costs, such as shipping and insurance, related to the return of the product to us.

Upon approval and within 30 days receipt of returned products by Schweigen, you will receive a refund of the price of the goods (excluding any Afterpay merchant refund processing fee, applicable re-stocking fees, cost of delivering goods to you, incidental or consequential damages and postage/shipping costs for return of the product).

Refunds will be issued in the same form of tender as the original purchase transaction and it is the customer’s responsibility to retain and produce proof of purchase.

Seconds

Please note that other than Spare Parts, all items through the Outlet Store may comprise discontinued models, refurbished, seconds, box-damaged or ex-display models and as a result can come with minor defects and/or damages. These have specific warranties that apply. Please read the descriptions on the specific product listings carefully before making a purchase.

This warranty is personal to the first person who purchases the product from the Outlet Store and claims under this warranty cannot be made by anyone other than this person. Should you experience a problem within this period please contact Schweigen Customer Service on 1300 881 693 (Monday to Friday 9am – 6.30pm). One of our dedicated customer services representatives will try to solve your problem over the phone. If your problem cannot be solved over the telephone, a collection will be arranged. Once our Service Centre has received your faulty item, it will be tested and the fault/problem identified. Upon identification of this, we will repair the fault.

In the case of the purchased product used for purposes other than personal, domestic or household purposes (including business or commercial use), no warranty will be issued.
