All orders are sent via QLS, FastWay or StarTrack courier service. These must be signed for, as parcels will not be left outside or with neighbours; deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses; in this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each. We highly recommend a work/business address, as they always deliver during business hours. Please make sure you give us the full and complete address (including business name), as there may be a re-delivery fee required in some cases.
Shipping costs will be added to the order total before checkout. Delivery times can range from 1-15 business days within Australia, depending on distance from Melbourne. If you are unable to take delivery of your items in person or if you haven’t received them within a reasonable period please Contact Us for further instructions.
